One of the best ways to incorporate leafy greens into your daily diet is by juicing them. It was a part of our family’s dinner routine to have a glass of juice while the dinner is still in the making. Our boys also enjoyed the juices which was a good bonus since they did not eat salad greens.

- ½ Honeydew Melon
- 6 Kale Leaves
- 8 Chard Leaves
